Reducing churn with an AI-supported cancellation experience
Cancellations were rising as subscription lengths increased. We needed a better way to prevent churn but make cancelling simpler.

Shipping costs were too high and users couldn’t add to upcoming shipments. We found a new way to drive add-on orders and new subscriptions with a simplified cart experience.
